Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our AGRAVAT Shop-in-Shop franchise model. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, franchise development, and business growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

– Identify and target potential franchise partners.
– Develop and execute business development plans to achieve franchise growth targets.
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the Shop-in-Shop model.
– Present business proposals and negotiate terms with potential franchisees.
– Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise partners to ensure their success.
